Starting point could be an idea, a sketch, a sample, and it is from these that our technicians can:
- Develop the project in codesign using CAD-CAM systems.
- Realize aesthetic and functional items.
- Build new tools, using most new and suited technologies.
- Better the design by testing in their own laboratories.
- Produce the items, in technopolymers using moulding, airmoulding, blowmoulding, air+blowmoulding, US welding, HF welding, hot blade welding, hump welding.
- Decorate the items using the silk screen multicolor printing, with either French plug printing, or laser printing, or hot stamping.
- Assemble the parts using machines and automations.
- Certify the goods according to the ISO 9000, ISO 9001, ISO 9004 rules.
- Deliver the goods "just in time" using own means of transport.
